Heidi Hambone, founding director of P.U.K.E and its German affiliate associaton K.O.T.Z. (Kuksi online Tierschutz Zweckverband) and all associated members are engaged in a battle to eliminate a Poodle Gulash Recipe
called "Kuksi" from the menu of Laputa's Gourmet Restaurant "Mampfbacke." We consider this entree in rather poor taste and
we urge everyone, man and beast alike, to boycott this particular Entree when visiting
We would like to suggest following substitute dish:
LIVER COOKIES
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine 1/2 cup dry milk and 1/2 cup wheat germ; drizzle 1 teaspoon honey on top
Add one 3 1/3 oz. jar of strained liver baby food or homemade blended liver and stir until everything is well mixed.
Form the mixture into balls; place them on an oiled cookie sheet and flatten them with a fork.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Consistency should be fudgy.
Store in a jar in the fridge; freeze if keeping more than a few days.
This particular cookie should be far more pleasing to the tastebuds
than the Kuksi Entree featured at the Mampfbacke Restaurant, which leaves a rather regurgitating effect upon the consumer.
